Lesson Tuition
$150 per month for weekly 30 minute lessons
$300 per month for weekly 60 minute lessons
Payment Policy
Payment price is per month. Whether you make all your lessons or skip all your lessons it is still the same price. College Station uses automatic withdrawals for lesson payments. We do not accept cash or checks except for trial lessons.
You can use your debit card, credit card, or PayPal for monthly payment. The withdrawal takes place on the first of every month, which prepays lessons through the end of that month. Tuition is non-refundable. There is a $20 fee for non-sufficient funds.
Make-Up Lesson Policies
In the event where a student is absent, we do not offer mandatory makeup lessons. Missed lessons will be offered if the instructor has an available time slot that week. If the lesson is missed and not made up, it is forfeited and will not be credited or made up in the future. College Station does offer makeup lessons should a session be missed by the instructor, or inclement weather. In the event where the student is either vacationing or observing a religious holiday, a makeup is offered if the Studio is notified at least seven days in advance.
Holidays
College Station Studio is closed for the following annual holidays: Independence Day; and Thanksgiving. We also close the day before Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day.
Vacations
If a student will be missing a lesson due to being on vacation, a make-up lesson will be offered provided that College Station Studio is given a seven-day prior notice. If a student takes an extended vacation you may stop automatic payment withdrawal by providing a thirty-day notice. Please note that if a student takes an extended leave of absence, College Station Studio cannot guarantee that the student’s spot won our schedule will be available upon return.
Discontinuing Lessons
A thirty-day notice is required to vacate lessons so that we can cancel you auto withdrawal payment.
Should you become dissatisfied with lessons for any reason your only legal discourse is to discontinue lessons.
